Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking an Air Export Operations Clerk to join their team in Inglewood, CA. This role involves data entry, documentation, email communication, filing, and billing within the air export sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and update shipment information into the company's database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and process export documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations, in compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Manage email correspondence related to shipments, coordinate with internal teams, and communicate with clients regarding shipment statuses.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of shipment records and related documents.
  • Generate and process billing statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a data entry or clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required; familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
